@raviteja858,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP Pavilion 15.6 Inch Laptop PC 15-Eh1000 (2H5A6AV), as per: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=2H5A6AV, refers to an "HP PAVILION LAPTOP 15-EH1008CA".  Then, according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=2L7K2UAR&searchby=product, and: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07012038.pdf, your laptop is fitted with this mother (system) board, which has an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U imbedded in it: HP p/n: M46330-601 ("MB IDS UMA Ryzen5 5500U WIN") -please confirm.

According to the aforementioned manual, in order to upgrade your processor, you'll have to replace your mother/system board, which would be an expensive undertaking.
