So I am Ready to upgrade my ram to 8 gb But I Have One question Can i Upgrade To 8GB In One slot only ,instead of 4x2 Ram In 2 slots??

No, the notebook cannot support an 8 GB memory chip in one slot.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual:

Also, you must be very precise in buying the right memory for that model series.

 

It must be DDR3-1333 MHz (PC3-10600).

 

It must be 1.5V and it must be dual ranked memory (2Rx8), having 8 little black memory chips on each side of the circuit board, not 4.
