Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Notebook - 15-db1069au (9VJ83PA) according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06719946.pdf, has two RAM slots which are: "non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable", but as far as I understand it, HP sometimes most strongly tried to dissuade customers from servicing their own RAM.
And indeed, according to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-15-db1069au, you can upgrade your RAM up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, with DDR4-2400 dual channel support as long as you have a Ryzen or Athlon processor installed in your laptop.
Please note that the manual's illustration of the laptop's motherboard also shows the two RAM memory sticks as removeable:
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
