Yes, you can, but the memory is only going to run at a maximum speed of 2133 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

If you install DDR4-3200 memory, make sure that it is CL22.

The slot will support both Gen 3 and Gen 4 SSD's but the slot is only Gen 3.0, so a Gen 4.0 SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds.
Also, the slot is PCIe Gen 3 x 2, which means that a SSD with an advertised read/write speed of 3,500 MBPS will run at about 1,750 MBPS (half speed).
That is still almost 3 x faster than any SATA SSD can run.
