Your usb-C port is data only so does not carry its own video signal. You can get two monitors off a docking station connected to either the USB-C or legacy USB 3.0 port if the dock has something called DisplayLink built in. This is basically a chip in the dock that turns usb into a video signal. It's not good for gaming, but will be fine for watching videos and other standard computer tasks.

Can you recommend one t that I could use with this laptop with dual hdmi output as well as an RJ45 port so i can connect to my modem hardwired. I want to do extended display so each monitor can show differnt things simultaneoulsy.

The one I linked will do that. It has an HDMI and a DVI but easy to attach a very cheap DVI to HDMI adapter. Both are digital video and the only difference is DVI does not carry audio but you do not need to carry audio to more than one monitor and the dock also has its own audio output for your speakers. It also has the RJ-45 port you need.
