Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I want to upgrade to ssd from harddrive by replacing it. I have HP 15-r014tx Notebook PC , laptop from 2014. this laptop has toshiba 2.5 " harddrive. i want to upgrade it to samsung ssd 860 QVO SATA III 2.5 "1TB . Is this upgrade possible ?

That would be a simple hardware swap from 2.5" HDD to 2.5" SSD. It should physically fit because your machine supports 6.35-cm (2.5-in) hard drives in 9.5-mm (.37-in) and 7.0-mm (.28-in) thicknesses and the Samsung 860 is 7mm thick.
