Product: Model 15 laptop
My daughter who is in grad. school and in need of a computer daily had her keyboard stop working. She contacted HP tech support and was told it was a software issue and that it was just out of warranty. She went to a local tech company and was told it was a hardware issue and would cost $300 to fix and that they had had a lot of problems with that particular model. Problem is that you can’t talk to a person with any autonomy at HP to get satisfaction whatsoever.
