Unfortunately, we wouldn't know the answer to your question because HP has removed all support for your notebook since it is more than 10 years old, so there is no BIOS release note documentation anymore which provides information on what the BIOS updates fix or enhance.
I can tell you that there is a newer BIOS update that HP released which is F.65.
You can find the update on this reputable 3rd party driver website for your model notebook.
HP Compaq CQ58-bf9WM drivers (driverscollection.com)
One note of caution...since you are running W10 and the BIOS update was written to be run on W8 and W7, I have no idea what will happen if you run the BIOS update using an unsupported operating system.
It may work fine or it may destroy your notebook.
