Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

Please help and dont lock thread immediately.

I'm using the HP victus 16. So I basically cannot hold any buttons down on my laptop keyboard, external keyboard and mouse (any peripherals connected). I can only hold down a button by itself, and if I try to click another key on my keyboard while holding down one key, it immediately stops. I have a video of recording of my switch hitter recording what input I am clicking on my keyboard, I'll attach the video recording below.

This happened when I started using my hair dryer near my setup. Yes, I know it is a very odd reason but hear me out, whenever I used my hair dryer before I noticed my keyboard turning on and off and just from that it was already odd. I did not notice the problem after like a week or two, and now it has become worse. I cannot play any games as I cannot even hold down any keys on my keyboard for long. It is the same on my mouse, I cannot hold down left click, right click, or just any button on my mouse.

I have also noticed recently that the problem only occurs when I am near my setup. If I bring my laptop and use it outside, I don't see the laptop keyboard acting up. I can hold down buttons on my keyboard and my mouse.

Solutions I have tried;

1. changing peripherals (it still did the same)

2. changing the extension cord I had near my setup

3. uninstalling and installing drivers

4. disabling filter keys (nothing happened still the same)

5. using the troubleshoot in the settings (keyboard troubleshoot did not show any problem)

Thank you for reading and I hope someone can help me and at least give me some possible problems because this has been really frustrating for me. The last thing I would do if I really cannot solve this by my own is bring it to the HP service center.
