copy&paste these commands into notepad
SC config trustedinstaller start=auto
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop msiserver
net stop cryptsvc
cd %windir%
Ren SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
cd %windir%\System32
Ren Catroot2 Catroot2.old
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
Sfc /ScanNow
save as Fix.bat
RightClick this file and run as administrator
after several minutes it should be ready
When the last command has finished type exit
Reboot
and try again
