indicator light of caps lock is not glowing even after turning on the caps lock

Please let me without caps lock light are you able to write the letters in capital letters.

 

 Please try the below steps and let us know.

 

Go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Keyboards and Languages, Change Keyboards, Advanced Key Settings, To turn off Caps Lock, Press the CAPS LOCK key.

 

Also, please refer to the above link to troubleshoot the keyboard.
