Hi @ismaili-kaa,
Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you are having issues with the computer shutting down when caps lock key is pressed on your HP notebook. Don't worry I'll be glad to help you with this.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?
Did it happen after a software or Windows update?
Are you referring that when you press the caps lock key the computer shuts down? Is it happening with the external keyboard as well
Are you able to boot the computer to the desktop screen?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Performing a power reset might fix conditions such as Windows not responding, a blank display, software freezing, keyboard stops responding, or other external devices locking up.
Next thing, I would suggest here is to update the Bios on the PC from our HP support website, using this link.
Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.
Please respond to this post with the details and with the results of the troubleshooting for further assistance.
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?
Did it happen after a software or Windows update?
The laptop i buyed from one man but he did't told me about that problem, i asked hem why the laptop turn off when i prees caps lock key but he did't know about what i speak or he didn't like to tell me.
when i saw the problem i made clear format with delete everything and reset bios also, but again tha problem was not solve.
Are you referring that when you press the caps lock key the computer shuts down? Is it happening with the external keyboard as well
When i press caps lock key my screen from the laptop immediately turn of and the power key blinking for short time (if i not prees any key after pressing caps lock key) and then the laptop turn of but if i press any key after pressing the caps lock key then my login page from windows come and for 3 second again turn off like shut down and the power key dont blinking.
I tried to remove the keyboard from my laptop and i had external keyboard connect but the result was same
Are you able to boot the computer to the desktop screen?

Hi @ismaili-kaa,
Thank you for replying,
As I understand you have tried to perform the steps suggested and still having the issue, don't worry as I have a few other steps which should help you resolve this issue.
Let's try to uninstall the keyboard drivers from the device manager and then check:
Please right-click on start>select device manager>Expand Keyboards>Right-click on the listed drivers and uninstall them. Then restart the computer and check again if the issue is fixed.
If the issue persists, I would suggest this could be a possible hardware failure. I would recommend you contact our HP phone support for available service related options.
HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
