Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I used sk hynix 8gb ddr4 ram with same specification of the ram that came with my hp 288 g8 laptop(sk hynix ddr4 8 gb) , but when i inserted the new ram in the slot the laptop capslock button blinks and laptop do not boots up i tried every possible combination with my new and old ram ... but my laptop boots only when I insert the old ram only .... please guide me
