HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

I've been trying to contact support for days now. I'm either supposed to call an expensive hotline or I'm referred to the assistant. At some point he asks me if I want to speak to a member of staff, but I always end up on the support page.

my casing is cracking at the display hinge. the plastic is probably too weak and can't withstand being opened and closed. picture is attached. what should I do now?

I can't contact you, I don't get an answer either... do I have to pay for it myself or is it showing the size and on you?

in any case I know that I probably. the device is only 2 years old

after 8 days someone finally gets in touch and what can I say? he doesn't understand me at all. he works with a translator and he has no chance aha.... what he told me is that I have to pay for the damage. aha.. hp is not able to build a device that can withstand the stress of opening and closing the bio screen? really? I have to pay? which the good man doesn't understand either, no, he wants the product and serial number. I'm not at the device right now for god's sake. Help is really a foreign concept to HP and why should you admit a mistake? Nothing is happening here either... **bleep** HP! never again...
