I received an email that this case number [edited] had been resolved and a $272.28 refund was issued. I have not received this refund. Was it supposed to be an electronic credit to my checking account or a check? Can you please check the status of this.

Upon checking the case details, the refund was successfully processed in March. It would be processed to source account/mode of transaction used.
