Hi SPSingh1,
According to specifications, the laptop can take two 4 GB sticks, making it 8 GB total. Make sure that they are both the same RAM sticks. And if you want to get the advantage of RAM, make sure to get dual-channel RAM. Lets say you want to get 4 GB of RAM, get two 2 GB sticks that have the same frequency, and if you get 8 GB then go for two 4 GB sticks. And also make sure not to get DDR4 memory because your laptop does not support it.
Hope this helps you.
Yours sincerely,
Mitchel
