You posted your question in the wrong board (printers instead of notebooks).

Apart from that, your question is not precise enough to help.

 

What es the model number?

Was the charger originally shipped with your notebook?

- If not, has it ever worked or is it new?

- If yes, can you test it with another notebook and/or test another charger on your notebook?

Do you have a docking station and if yes, does your laptop get charged with that?
