HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using HP notebook and  I am facing an issue.My charger keeps on connecting and disconnecting with changing lights such as while charging orange and white when it is disconnected. I haven't made any hardware change. I am using the genuine AC adapter. When i unplug laptop it don't go for shutdown, it works for a while then automatically shutdown without any battery down warning.And i am not able use my laptop without charger as its shutdown and i have tried almost every thing from runnig component test and removing battery.

@philip36 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the charger keeps connecting and disconnecting.

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..).

Please try the below:

Steps to uninstall the ACPI drivers

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Batteries>then select the s drivers and right-click on it and uninstall all battery drivers.

Then restart the computer and check again.
