my HP Pavilion Laptop with C type 90W charger is automatically getting connected and disconnected, the orange light is blinking continuously when the charger is connected.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble with the HP Pavilion Plus 14-inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 (56D76AV), where the 90w charger connects and disconnects. Sorry to hear about the trouble. If the light next to the charging port blinks Amber, it indicates it's charging.

To isolate and fix the issue, please try the steps below and let me know if this helps.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the  charger plugged in
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
