Hello @NirNir2,

So basically using your phone's USB-C charger for your laptop - correct?

It won't harm your laptop but considering that your phone charger will most likely only be rated at around 15W or less, it'll either charge your laptop extremely slowly (only while it's in sleep) or not charge it all. May I know what phone you're referring to?

If you're interested in only carrying around 1 USB-C charger, which is what I do, then I'd recommend the opposite which is carrying around your laptop charger to charge both your phone and Elitebook x360 1030 G3.

Hope that helps,

Eddy

Hello @NirNir2,

Any USB-C charger that is rated at least 65W should be able to charge your laptop. Any charger rated less than 65W may charge your laptop slower. This includes any phone chargers such as a Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel USB-C charger.

When you mean "charge my phone," do you mean connecting your phone to your computer for charging?
