Hey guys, first, sorry for my English, its not my native..
my laptop is 3 years old, and its battery was very weak (I couldn't use it without charging all time), so I bought a new one, and when charged it, it didn't pass 80 percent. I've tried every suggestion over the internet(updating bios, drivers, etc..) without success. So I replaced the battery with another, and it's the same. .
when I've tried calibrating it helped only once - to charge it to 75, and than when the battery went down to 8 percent it never went up again.
so, when replaced to a new one(twice), in the first charging it charged to 80 percent and than went down without charging anymore - I guess it is not a battery issue.
I really don't know what is the problem, considering I've tried everything..
please help. thank you.

@Erezk10
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Does the notebook shut down immediately (right after you unplug the charger)?
- Do you get any error message on your notebook (Such as Plugged in, not charging, etc.)
Keep me posted for further assistance.
