hi there

i have a weird problem

its a week that i found out that some honey is inside of my laptop its behind of the screen

its a touch device  that its touch function don't work by now bc of drive update... so i  don't know if it will harm it or not 

i show it to some experts and he couldn't do anything bc he didn't know how to clean honey

I wish I had good news for you -- but I don't!

 

There is no simple way to do this.  You would first have to remove the screen from the laptop.  And then, depending on where the honey got to, you might have to disassemble the screen assembly.  Neither of these is easy to do, and the second might not be possible without breaking the assembly or cracking the screen.

 

We are not HP Tech Support, so we do not have the information needed to walk you through this.
