I am working oon a deakstop Compaq nx9600 (That is what the label attached to the machine), and has a service tag of Cnx9600SP560H710XGg10Pa. The serial number is: CNF52724GP. What I would like to know is: Who made the built-in video card and what is the model number?

The Compaq nx9600 is a notebook PC, not a desktop
If you have access to the machine and it is bootable you can get that information from the Device Manager in Windows.
- PCI Express x16 - ATI Mobility Radeon X600
ATI is now owned by AMD.

Thank you for the information. But this is a dektop/tower system. Since it was bought used it is possible someone just stuck the stickers on it for whatever reason. I will see what I can gather from the motherboard.

@MrScott wrote:Yes, not the same machine! The motherboard is an HP as well as the desktop/tower case. The label on the motherboard states: SP# 461537-001 PARM80jP1XA6GB AS#450725-004 DG# 450726-000 PRODUCT OF CHINA REV 0J
That motherboard is identified as being in a dc5850 Business PC.
