Yes, you can replace its existing 2.5" HDD using 500GB or 1TB 2.5" SSD using compatible products such as

 

               https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/sata-ssd/870-evo-1tb-sata-3-2-5-ssd-mz-77e1t0bw/

   or        https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1

 

My suggestion : Buy Crucial because it supplies 9.5mm adapter (to make it thicker) with its products, I don't think Samsung give that adapter.
