missing base system drivers  pci bus device 9 function 2 and 3 also keeps shutting off

You need this driver for the base system devices...

 

This package contains the driver for the Ricoh 5-in-1 Card Reader for the supported notebook models and operating systems.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with the shutting off issue.
