HP Recommended

The modules in the images are not listed as compatible with your laptop by Crucial Memory.

 

That is why they didn't work.

 

The 16GB module that is listed as compatible by Crucial is the one below:

CT16G4SFRA32A

 

If you did the same thing with the Kingston memory you chose and also did not follow their recommendations, I understand why the modules you put in did not work.

 

I  can't help you if you won't read and help yourself.

their the ones who send me the ram both the kingston and crucial so thats why i dont have any idea i just told them the ram they said it was compatible its also the reason why im here asking cause im already exhausted thinking about it my brain has dried just from thinking about it
