I have a very, very bad shopping experience about HP.

9/13 2022. I saw a laptop on HP's website. (HP Pavilion Laptop - 15)

I thought this type will appropriate to me, I called HP and ordered one of this.

I didn't receive this computer until 10/11. But the laptop I received is different from the HP website I saw when I ordered it. The laptop there is a card reader socket in pictures of advertisement. (picture 1)

But what I received did not have a card reader at all. (picture 2)

 

I called HP customer service to explain that a card reader is required. Asked they could send me a separate card reader. But every time the customer service staff refused me arrogantly. They said that the picture in advertising does not represent this commodity.

 

I decided to buy it only after I saw the advertisement pictures. Moreover, the card reader is a very important component.

If the picture has nothing to do with the product, then I ordered a laptop, can you give me a water glass or a broom? ?

 

The customer service said that they didn't special indicate that there is a card reader, so it don't have. But you also did not indicate there is power cord and charger. Can you do not give this? Similarly, it there is no DVD/CD drive, you did special instructions.  Customers will definitely think that the things they get should be the same as the things shown in the pictures.

 

This makes me very unhappy. I'm considering whether to publish this experience on a social networking site to remind others. Maybe I should return it?

 

I hope HP can contact me to solve this problem.
