confusion on ram upgrade

HP Recommended
hp pavilion 15au-018tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

currently, my laptop has 8GB ddr4 2133Mhz ram & it has one empty slot. So, which one i should choose? 8 gb ddr4 2133Mhz or 2400Mhz?

This is from the service book:

Memory Two SODIMM slots - customer non-accessible/non-upgradeable
DDR4-2133 Dual Channel Support (DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4–2133)

Hello
You must check, if it is not already done the module which is already in place
this means that if you install another module, that it will be recognized below its value:2133Mhz
So if it's a module of DDR4-2400 in place, you need exactly the same
at the risk of incompatibility between different modules, but they will work at this speed:2133Mhz

If you have a module of 2133Mhz, you also need the same, it will work at the same speed
