The only other suggestion I can offer, would be to right click on the Coolsense exe file and select 'Run as administrator.'

Hi:

 

To install .NET framework 3.5 on W10 you need to:

 

Go to the Windows control panel>Programs>Programs & Features>Turn Windows features on or off.

 

A window will open and a list will populate.  Check the box to install .NET framework 3.5.

 

It should be the first entry that shows up on the list.

'Administrator blocked' still popsup … even after .NET V3.5 INSTALL...

This 'run a administrator' option should be thought of (almost auto-magically) as a way to get things done when you are sure its something you really want to do.
