Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had a repair to my machine for an intermittently unresponsive touchpad in Sep 2024 under an extended service plan that I purchased with the machine. The issue has returned. I'm trying to figure out if that repair had a warranty period, and if it does, how to get in touch with HP (it's not letting me contact Customer Support because the service plan is expired). Thanks!
