Please help me connect with customer service. My HP X360 screen has cracked, again!
It has already been repaired once while still under warranty but the original manuf. warranty has since expired, and now so has the 30 day "repair warranty".
THIS IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURE/DESIGN issue as I am EXTREMELY careful EVERY TIME when opening and closing the lid and this still happened, twice now!
It has never ever been dropped or mistreated in any way and does not have a single scratch on it. it has never been travelled with or transported in a bag or anything like that at all. I simply opened the lid and bam it happened again. SOOOO frustrating because I cannot get thru to ANY form of assistance (human or virtual) from HP because as soon as I enter my product info it simply tells me it is "out of warranty" and boots me out preventing me from communicating with anyone at HP.
I have since googled this issue and I am clearly not alone with this design issue.
HP please stand by your products and help me get this screen repaired or replaced.

Hi @Nicsx360,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Hello, my region is British Columbia, Canada and yes, as I clearly stated in my original message, I am aware that my laptop is no longer under warranty but since this is clearly an issue with the hinge design and through no fault of my own I feel that HP should acknowledge that this is a manufacture/design defect and honor the repair. This is the second time the screen has cracked and the screen has popped out from simply and carefully opening the lid!!! I am always extremely careful opening the lid!
