HELP!!  My laptop was taken for repair 2.9.25 returned 5.9.25.  Camera not working even though return note said unit passed all function tests. Spoke with Amjad CSO 8.9.25,  who said hardware issue so unit was collected for further repair 10/9/ acknowledged 12/9.  Amjad said NO BIG DEAL, UNIT WILL COME BACK QUICK , but case status given as 9th October!??  Called customer services, someone called Ryan (not totally clear) said scheduled repair and return 25 September!  Necessary part not available and was ordered but from where we don't know?  I can fly around the world in 24 hours so why does a small part take 2 weeks?  This is appalling service and no indication was made to me of such a delay.  Ryan said he was a call centre person so had no idea of repair issues, basically tough and wait until 25/9.  Can someone there tell me to whom I complain.  The unit was bought 10/24 so in less than a year so seems not fit for purpose.
