Hi
I installed a new RAM
And I bought it compatible with the computer
But bios shows this message

The system detected that an unsupported DDR3 memory type is installed. Please power off the system and remove the unsupported DDR3 memory to avoid system instability and potential dato loss

 

 

Memory incompatible (2E3)

 

POWER BUTTON - Power off

ENTER -Continue Startup

You have to be willing to tell us exactly what you installed. Just saying "it's compatible" and then you get a message saying its not compatible, can you see where that gives us nothing to go on? My guess is you may have installed 1.5 volt memory and it needs to be low voltage 1.35 volt but just a guess. Help us help you in other words.

Are of type DDR3. And yes I think so too. And I bought it and it works very well
The problem is in the message that always appears when I turn on the computer
How do I stop it and do you continue to use RAM may harm my computer?
