Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Left my laptop on while not plugged in battery went comepletely dead. Will it recharge or will I need to buy another battery ?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Power off computer

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger and wait a least 20 minutes

(5) Power on and log in to windows and check battery

(6) Please report your results
