Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my laptop has a HD 6470M and it wont show up in device manager when i installed windows 10. I tried to install the latest AMD software: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit.exe and still nothing shows up in device manager and im stuck Intel HD 3000. Anyone have a fix for this???????

I reviewed your post and I understand that the graphics card on your computer is not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

BIOS:https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp60501-61000/sp60864.exe

 

 

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73276.exe

How can i update the drivers when windows can't see it??? And how updating the BIOS will help when the same version of the BIOS used to see it.????
