From yesterday I am facing this issue that my Left key Right key and Delete buttons are not working. on the numerical pad when I put the numerical pad off they work fine on num pad. but the actual keys are not working. kindly help.

I suggest that you use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic utility.

 

Power on the notebook and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the utility.

 

Go to the Components test section and test the keyboard.

Yes, sir, i checked it in bios as well by pressing F2 and diagnosed my keyboard. the same problem is still there in BIOS as well. The Left key the right key and the Del key is not working there as well.

OK.

 

Then it is a hardware problem. I order to resolve it the keyboard will need to be replaced.

 

Did you happen to spill something on it?

 

Is your notebook still in warranty?

 

If it is not customer-induced damage or if you bought accident protection, it will be replaced at no cost.  With accident protection it basically does not matter what the cause of an issue was.
