Windows 11 requirements state that an activated TPM 2.0 module is required.  While Windows 11 is not released or official yet, those are the comments found.

The screenshot about the security device is referring to that.  For now, the PC being used for a test subject does not meet the requirements because of that.

In looking at that screenshot, I did not notice that was a different screen than what I thought. IDK
