diagnostic

hey i broke my computer and we have a warranty and are sending it back and i was wondering if they would run a diagnostic and if so what would it show them, and when i get my new computer if it will have my saved files. i am a major content creator and have some unreleased content on there that i dont wanna lose. thanks
