so l need upgrade my ram and sdd bc my hdd is slow on windows 10 and windows use too many ram but l not know what good ram and sdd l buy some one can help me

Hi @ekad 

 

It supports a maximum of 16 GB of DDR4-2133 RAM. This frequency is not sold, so you must use DD4-2400 or higher, then the memory BUS reduces the frequency to 2133.

Regarding the disk, you can replace the HDD with a 2.5" SSD of the size you want.
