Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable
good evening,
I just connect my dock station following the steps the manual has, and even though it charges my laptop (zbook g5) and my monitor is connected with hdmi and it works fine, all usb and usb c ports looks deactivated. i tried to use my logitech cam, my mouse , externa hard drives on his usb and usb c ports and nothing works. The docking station is not regognisable from my laptop either (not connected). can someone guide me what to do, at first on how to connect it with my laptop ? and how to activate these ports? thank you in advance
