first thank you in advance for any help.

puling what little hair I have out.

plugging this usb-c docking station in, everything works except the 2 HDMI outs, it seems like the monitors recognize they're plugged in but say no signal an go to sleep mode.

maybe I'm reading wrong it says it has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)

shouldn't that work?

if not, what hub can I use, I prefer one with Ethernet like the one I got has, but what's really important is I need 2 monitors... they're dell monitors but not sure that matters, I also tried plugging into HMDI on a TV and same issue.

here is the hub I got that their tech support swears works with this laptop and when I called HP support they swore it should work also.

@FL-Laptoper

It is a CTO machine I can't get its full specs but it should have same ports as the following machine

             HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eg0073cl

It uses 45 W Smart AC power adapter. You should be abbe to use single connection using HP USB-C G5 dock

Regards.

I’m lost because he of the things I plug in a working monitors are not and this is the second hub something doing the exact same thing

monitors and cable work direct just not via hub and I even asked if I should get a power supply for the hub and they said no.
