No not Optane but there is an M.2 slot that can accept either a SATA or PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD. Here is the Service manual:
And even this information is subject to your exact model. One version has a budget Pentium processor and it has no M.2 slot for example so we need your full model number to give fully reliable information.
Also the M.2 slot is on the reverse side of the motherboard so you must remove the motherboard to get at the slot.
