The 15s-du3025tu supports DDR4-3200 memory only.

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage, has a different number of contact pins and the notch in the memory circuit board is cut in a different place than it is in a DDR4 memory chip, making it impossible for a DDR5 memory chip to fit in a DDR4 memory slot.

MY hp 15s-du3025TU laptop has 8 GB RAM, I want to upgrade it to 64 GB, does the motherboard support 64GB? How can I verify it?

Also, I cannot find a pair of 16GB DDR4 in my country, can I buy two separate 16 GB DDR4 of the same type, will they match?

You can run this command to see how much memory your notebook can support:

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

Can you buy this memory in Saudi Arabia?

If you can't, you need DDR4-3200 CL22 1Rx8 memory.
