The Elitebook 865 G10 has many different models/products and all of them should have

              5 MP and IR camera for face authentication with Windows Hello

@Banhien

Thanks Banhien for the support. Unfortunately, when i uninstalled the camera driver, the device manager actually didnt show an IR Camera, and showed only "HP 5M Camera".

checking from the driver properties/Events, I noted that after re-installing there was an issue to start the device, which I cannot really understand.

Thanks to provide an advise on:

1. if the problem relates to the IR camera driver (which is not specifically available on HP site)?

2. or the problem relates to the usbvideo device not starting? and how to resolve.
