I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a compatibility question regarding my HP PC and the Crucial P3 1TB SSD. I recently thought about purchasing the the Crucial P3 SSD, and I want to ensure that it will work seamlessly with my HP computer.

Here are some details about my HP PC:

  • Model: [ HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1xxx]
  • Operating System: Windows, 11

I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether the Crucial P3 1TB SSD is compatible with my HP PC in terms of hardware and software requirements. Additionally, if there are any specific steps or considerations I should be aware of while installing the SSD, please provide those details as well.

Your assistance in clarifying this matter will be greatly appreciated. I want to ensure a smooth upgrade process and make the most of the performance benefits that the Crucial P3 SSD has to offer.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

which shows it has

  • One PCI Express Gen 3 x16
  • One PCI Express Gen 3 x1
  • Two M.2 expansion slots (one for WLAN and one for SSD)
    • One M.2 socket 1, Key A
    • One M.2 socket 3, Key M, (2280/2242)

You can use Crucial P3 on the above slot (if available, I don't know your machine !).
