HP Notebook - 15-r119tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My device is HP Notebook-15-r119tu and I want to know that I have 4gb ddr3 ram and I am upgrading to 8gb ddr3, so my question is how much performance boost will I get, right now my PC is super slow like a single application take up to 5 mins to open. If there any other thing I can do to boost performance please tell me.

You will never get excellent performance out of a notebook with a Pentium processor.

You can enhance the current performance of your notebook by:

1. Replacing the 4 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz memory chip with an 8 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz memory chip.

Amazon.in: Buy Hynix 8GB DDR3L Laptop RAM PC3L-12800S 1600 MHz with 3 Years Warranty (This ram is NO...

2. Replace the 500 GB 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 500 GB 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

Amazon.in: Buy fanxiang SSD SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" SSD S101 512GB Internal SSD Drive Read Speed up to 5...

Those two upgrades should help performance considerably., but again your notebook's overall performance is limited by the processor.
