During a HP Support Assistance diagnostic, a message appeared indicating the 'driver etd_supp_20.0_sys' was not able to install. I checked this was a HP driver. I found on the HP community blog that this problem been in existence since 2023 at least. I had an AMD driver conflict after updating to 24H2 Win11. This messed up the graphics and the mouse (pointer). After consultation with the reseller's technician the problem looked fixed with a new driver install. But after AMD video driver install this message appeared. No response was given on another thread on this, so I initiated a new conversation. For now, its not critical and this nuisance may go away! But if you have a thought to share, please do write. Thanks.
