hello my fingerprint does not work once i updated to windows 10 

can anybody have a solution on this ?

Hi:

 

If you need the fingerprint driver, see if this one works...

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe

 

If the driver doesn't install automatically, see if manually installing the driver works...

 

Go to the device manager, click on the problem unknown device.

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.
