@ahmedishafiz, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It appears that you are having issues with your Bluetooth functionality after reinstalling the driver on your Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop with Microsoft Windows 11. Here are steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Verify Bluetooth is Enabled:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your system settings. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Sometimes updates can resolve driver issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any updates.
Reinstall Bluetooth Driver:
- Go to the HP Support website and download the appropriate Bluetooth driver for your laptop model. Follow these steps:
- Uninstall the existing Bluetooth driver from Device Manager.
- Restart your laptop.
- Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver.
- Restart your laptop again.
Use HP Support Assistant:
- HP Support Assistant can help find and install the correct drivers for your device. You can download it from the HP website if it is not already installed.
- Open HP Support Assistant from the Start Menu.
- Go to Updates and check for driver updates.
Device Manager Troubleshooting:
- Open Device Manager > Click on View > Show hidden devices.
- If Bluetooth appears, right-click and enable it.
- If not, look for Unknown Device under Other Devices and try updating the driver manually.
Restart Bluetooth Services:
- Press Win + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
- Look for Bluetooth Support Service, right-click, and select Restart.
- Ensure the startup type is set to Automatic.
BIOS Update:
- Make sure your BIOS is up to date. You can download BIOS updates from the HP Support website and follow the instructions for updating BIOS.
