Hello, ok so to start it off, yes I know windows 7 is not supported by Microsoft anymore, but I still had to install it on a different drive besides my main OS (windows 10) but when Installing drivers It's really such a problem
I went to the HP official website https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/7486447/model/7610942
and downloaded the compatible intel driver for my intelintegrated graphics card, after trying to install I get a message saying:
This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
This was the Nov 21, 2014 version which is supposed to be the latest for my hardware I tried Unzipping the sp69589 going to Device manager > right clicking on the "Standard VGA graphics adapter" > properties > Update drive and tried to locate the driver folder that I've unzipped but it also didn't work, I tried downloading the Intel driver assistant but it kept saying Scanning your system and didn't work,
if anyone could help me update to the latest drivers I'd be thankful

Hi:
Looking at the release notes for the drivers, I think the one you are trying to install is only for notebooks with the Pentium/Celeron processors.
You want this one for the HD 4400 graphics...
You also need to install the nVidia graphics driver as well, but you need to install the Intel graphics driver first and restart the PC.

Paul sir you're a life saving hero, but one thing tho, the Nvidia version you gave me is a bit old isn't it? because I've spoken to an Nvidia support a while back and they told me my card could run the 391.35 version, and you gave me the 344.24 one, don't you think performance is gonna be a bit worse

You're very welcome.
Here's the problem.
Your notebook has the Intel/Nvidia switchable graphics, and I don't know what will happen if you install a newer nVidia driver not listed on the support page.
Installing the latest driver directly from Nvidia may cause the switchable graphics not to work.
I was going to give you the newer version from 2015 on the support page but it said it was for the GT9xx graphics adapters, so I decided to err on the side of caution.
So if you want to try a newer version of the Nvidia graphics, create a system restore point first, so you can go back to where you are now if the newer nVidia graphics driver 'breaks' the switchable graphics.
